Randall W. Smith, AIBD, Plansource, Inc.
Randall W. Smith’s foundation in construction and design was built while growing up in a home-building family. He took that early support and built upon it a strong career working for two national home builders and a national residential design firm.
Smith’s design work includes single family and duplex homes, multi-family townhouses, condominiums and community amenity buildings. His vast knowledge of both architecture and home-building drove him to start Plansource, his own residential design firm, in 1996.
As principal of Plansource, Smith is a builder’s designer, working closely with builders throughout Florida and the southern United States to design single family and duplex homes. All plans created by Plansource reference the 2006 FBC and any comments made by your building jurisdiction will be address at no charge to you.

Silcox, Kidwell & Associates, Inc.
Silcox, Kidwell & Associates is a civil/structural engineering firm that is registered with the State of Florida, #8121. Progressive and technologically advanced, the firm has a unique staff with a wide range of talents and specialties to handle projects of all sizes and types. In addition to structural engineering, Silcox, Kidwell & Associates handles site/civil engineering. The firm’s project base is composed of approximately 50% commercial and 50% residential projects.
