The Designer
Randall W. Smith, AIBD, CPBD, NCBDC, Plansource, Inc.
Randall W. Smith’s foundation in construction and design was built while growing up in a home-building family. He took that early support, along with degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from Clemson University, and built upon it a strong career honing his skills for two national home builders and a national architecture firm that specialized in residential design.
Plansource’s design work includes single family and duplex homes, and multi-family townhouses. The vast knowledge of both architecture and home-building and the team that developed from that experience started Plansource in 1996. Since inception, thousands of homes have been created utilizing our firm as an award-winning resource for design as well as creation of thoughtful and practical construction plans.
As principal of Plansource, Randall Smith is a builder’s designer, working closely with residential construction firms and their clients throughout Florida and the southern United States to design unique homes for all styles, tastes, and price points.
